Tamago no Ramen

Now if you have ever been laid off before or simply did not know what to make on a budget here's something for you!

You can find dried Ramen noodles just about anywhere.
I used to not care for them until I discovered Japanese ways of serving them.

Now in a pinch this can be whipped up in no time.
  1. Ramen Noodles - I prefer Sapporo Ramen
  2. Green Onions
  3. Wakame
  4. Tamago (Raw Egg)
  5. Ponzu Sauce

Prepare Ramen as per the simple boiling instructions found on any Ramen package for two minutes.
Thinly slice green onions and add to your discretion. Add Wakame in light amounts. Now if you can not find Wakame where you live simply substitute with Nori. If you are using nori thinly slice the nori in thin strips and add,
Add one raw egg. Now don't add two eggs or it will over power your meal. Trust me we know!
Last but not least add a small sprinkle of Ponzu Sauce and you are ready to say Idadakimasu!
